From a business perspective, Campbell thought that to be so well insulated from external risks is tremendous. Moreover, he said the consistent economic growth and energy of the (Indonesian) people is remarkable.  Campbell is convinced that there is absolutely no doubt that Indonesia is becoming a global economic force.

When asked about challenges that may become obstacle for Gopher in Indonesia, Campbell admitted the only big challenge is finding adequate number of good people fast enough. The competition on hiring good people is very tough in Indonesia and he looks forward for anyone interested to help them to work in this exciting fast growing business.
