It also provides new economic opportunity for delivery partners and allows local restaurants to connect with more customers in each cities,” Mediko Azwar, Grab Indonesia’s Marketing Director, explained.
Grab was started GrabFood in Jakarta, in 2016. GrabFood keeps reaching for the new cities and partners with more merchants. As to attract public’s interest, GrabFood set the delivery cost starts from Rp3,000 for those who live outside the Jakarta’s area. In addition, GrabFood also offers easy communication with GrabChat feature includes in the application.
