Indonesia’s Ministry of Industry organizes Creative Product Show Competition 2012, named Industry Creative Festival (Increfest). The event takes the theme “Make Indonesian Creative Product’s Content the Host in Our Country” launched at Ambarukmo Hotel, Yogyakarta, March 29, 2012.
Increfest’s activities include software, animation and game competition where all competitions are open for startups (beginner company). Nominees that elected from final judging process will get a chance to attend a two nights business coaching. Winner will get not only cash prize but also attending a business matching in Taiwan with Ministry of Industry.
The criteria of the creation submitted for each competition can be found in the competition’s website. For the animation competition, participants must submit a 2D or 3D animation with 3-5 minutes duration. The animation could be public service announcement or commercial advertisement, animation movie, movie opening, and many more with free theme.
For software competition, submitted work can be in the form of desktop, web or mobile based software, with free theme, provided that the software offers solution that can be utilized by the community. As for the game competition, submitter work can be a standalone game, Facebook game, client server game to a wide range of mobile games. Developers are given time until June 17, 2012 to register to the competition. Furthermore, the committee will hold a two stage of administration selection and one stage shortlist to determine the nominees that deserve to enter the final round. Nominees who enter the final round will be invited to attend coaching business, presentation, demo and exhibition on July 3-5, 2012. Of the final round, the winner will be determined and will be announced on July 5, 2012.
