The p2p lending platform developer for fintech property, Gradana, today (5/29) announces pre series A funding from TryB Group. The nominal is undisclosed, but it’s to be focused on product development and to intensify market penetration.
TryB Group’s Principal, Herston Power said in his speech that Gradana has potential to be the leading fintech property in Southeast Asia, starts from Indonesia. The service has been the answer of many financial property, such as down payment, rent, renovation or long term product as House Ownership Credit (KPR).
Gradana was built by two co-founder, Angela Oetama and William Susilo Yunior. The startup has won some awards, the Best Fintech Startup representing Indonesia in ASEAN Rice Bowl Awards and 10 Best KPMG version P2P Lending Platform in Fintech Edge.
“In addition to the expansion plan, TryB investment funds will also be used to develop technology, related to the analytics-oriented credit scoring capabilities in projecting bad credit probabilities of the borrowers, resulting in scalable and reliable decision making of credit ownership or rental property in Gradana,” Oetama said.
Currently, the company offered some products, such as GraDP, GraSewa, and GraRenov. All is being developed for property business to be investable and affordable for public. Gradana platform also support property business ecosystem, including developer, agent, renovation and interrior company, investors, and bank; to have synergy.
