Responsibilities
- Be the eyes, ears, and mouth in engaging with our community both on and off of our product
- Drive acquisition of new users as well as growth in participation from current users
- Work with the branding and product groups to ensure proper representation of the brand and message
- Listen to the community and present a summary of the key findings and recommendations especially for product improvements and issues
- Manage all our channels of communication (Facebook, Blogs, Twitter, YouTube, Flickr, Plurk, Etc)
- Foster the communication between the members of our community
- Report to the management as to progress, problems, and recommendations.
Requirements
- Minimum of Diploma degree from any major
- Computer literate and internet savvy
- Extensive user of various social media websites
- Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal skills
Plus
- Experienced in social/new media outreach, practices and techniques.
- Understand dynamics and trends within social network sites.
- Knowledge in basic HTML
