As one of the chatting apps mostly used by millennials, LINE is trying to always provide relevant content. A released content called LINE Tutorial, exclusively available in Indonesia, contains tutorial videos of using LINE app by displaying basic information.
Start from how to activate and deactivate notification, how to create backup, how to migrate data, and many more topics.
One of the reason why LINE Indonesia launch tutorial videos with story concept in LINE YouTube channel is based on user’s feedback asking from LINE Indonesia channels.Most of them aren’t really understand the features in LINE app.
“We expect this spectacle will make LINE users easier to use the services in the LINE app so that they can provide convenience and enrich their daily communication experience,” Dale Kim, LINE Indonesia’s Managing Director.
Overall, LINE Indonesia will release 8 episodes in the form of story on how to use LINE app. This concept aims to provide different content, compared to the usual tutorial in YouTube.
“We develop LINE Tutorial with a story concept to provide not only educative spectacle, but also an entertaining one. Tutorial videos are usually in a form of steps, through this tutorial, we want to provide an exciting story for audience to follow and enjoy,” he said.
Focus to produce video content
In its 7th year, aside from tutorial video exclusively made for LINE Indonesia users, in the future, LINE also plans to release another exciting content. LINE Indonesia strive to provide content to enrich user’s knowledge.
LINE Today is one thing, it’s routinely provide various videos for users. In terms of offline event, LINE Indonesia is preparing LINE Concert to return for Indonesia’s LINE users this year.
