Using user generated content (UGC) concept, Line Today Buzz is expected to increase user’s interaction and trigger public’s creativity.
“As a popular service among the public, Line Today make a commitment to provide fascinating content through its service, including Line Today Buzz. We want it to be not only as user generated content platform to improve public’s interaction, but also as a place for Line user’s creative activities in Indonesia,” Dale Kim, Line Indonesia‘s Managing Director, said.
As a social platform, Line aware of UGC’s rising popularity and serve a place for users to upload content, it’s the best effort to acquire users. Line Today Buzz is expected to develop further and support users’ creativity, along with providing attractive and entertaining content for all Line users.
Aside from allowing users to upload content in Line Today Buzz, they can also provide comments or interact between users by tapping the Upvote or Downvote icon located on the bottom left. Users will also be facilitated to access various kinds of information related to the event.
In recent years, Line as an instant messaging platform has made some innovations to maintain its existence. This year, Line Indonesia is said to focus on monetizing strategy.
