After officially being launched a year ago in Indonesia, Google StreetView joined the commemoration of World Oceans Day by releasing updated images of the beauty of Indonesia’s underwater. Users are only clicks away from relaxing themselves with the sensation of diving underwater along with exotic sea creatures, thanks to the maneuver.
According to Google’s official statement, the dynamic state of the sea has always encouraged the IT giant to document its most updated condition, which is done by mapping the sea to picture the changes it goes through from year to year.
“On this year’s World Oceans Day, we wish that you’ll get more inspired to learn deeper about the condition of the oceans. Let’s dive deeper, involve yourself to protect the oceans, understand how oceans contribute to our life, so that we can contribute more,” Google Ocean’s Program Manager Brian Sullivan stated.
