One of Asia’s most prominent technology startup events is about to roll as Echelon’s satellite events are kicking off starting with Jakarta on 30 March, culminating in the big event on 4-5 June in Singapore. This year’s Indonesian candidates for Echelon have been selected through a rigorous process and the satellite event in Jakarta will also have a range of speakers from technology companies namely BlackBerry, Tiket, Tokopedia, e27, and Touchten.
The finalists for the Jakarta pitches are as follows:

With over 23,000 designers registered to the site, it promises results to customers within seven days with a money back guarantee. Essentially it’s similar to 99designs and CrowdSpring. Think crowdsourcing design is evil? Here’s a Wired article about the whole idea.
