Cheap price has always been what online businesses offer to attract more users. This strategy is also employed by HotelQuickly, a last-minute hotel room reservation service, which has been operating in 15 countries. Partnering with more than 900 hotels in Indonesia, Malaysia-based HotelQuickly Indonesia’s Co-Founder and Managing Director Faustine Tan shared about their strategy of profiting while playing with the rate. She also explained about the significance of having clear points to measure customer’s satisfaction, including ensuring that the partnering hotels serve the best services by directly curating them to decide which ones are worthy and which ones aren’t.
