The development of technology always goes hand in hand with the need for better services. Based on this premise, Infomedia decided to implement NICE Engage Platform technology to make their business more reliable and scalable. Yesterday (9/4), Infomedia, along with NICE and Selindo, announced their partnership and introduced Engage. This would be Engage’s debut in Asia Pacific.
“By implementing the most advanced tech from NICE, we may improve our customers’ satisfaction by simplifying the infrastructure through proven future technology. This latest tech also has high coverage and scalability which may help us developing our business for years to come,” said Infomedia’s President Director Joni Santoso.
Infomedia is Telkom Indonesia’s subsidiary that leads in business process management and contact center industry. By using the Engage platform, Infomedia expects to simplify the infrastructure in order to present Now Experience, the next step of real-time customer service.
NICE has proven as a multinational company which provide software solution that enables companies to do the best step in order to increase customers’ satisfaction as well as business profit. This partnership enables Infomedia to record, analyze, and implement insight from big data in real-time. The ‘Advance Interaction Recorder’ feature supports more than 5000 channels per server and may reduce the total cost of ownership that Infomedia must pay significantly.
The collaboration also marks NICE and Selindo’s successful first partnership in introducing the platform to Indonesia. Just as NICE, Selindo is also a company that works on local ICT segment and commits to provide customer interaction solution by increasing the operational efficiency as well as digging the insight out of the interaction.
“Being started in Indonesia which has an immense market potential, this step of ours can be regarded as a port that bridges the partnership with neighboring Southeast Asian countries,” NICE’s Country Sales Manager Hunady Budihartono stated.
